Robert LeMonds - President & CEO

Bob LeMonds serves as President and CEO of GHA Equipment and Supply. A native of Cleveland, Bob enlisted in the United States Air Force following graduation from high school in 1968. During his four year active duty commitment, Bob completed a tour of duty in Southeast Asia along with various stateside assignments in USAF security squadrons. Bob received an honorable discharge in 1972 and is a Service Disabled Veteran. Following military service, a 36-year career in the ocean transportation industry ensued involving positions in operations, management and sales in conjunction with Midwest and East Coast agency networks. Beyond his leadership of GHA, Bob has served as a small-business consultant and enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren along with volunteering at the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center located in Bay Village, OH. Bob has been an active member of American Legion Post 211 for more than 15 years.

James Weist - VP, Business Development

Jim Weist serves as Vice President of GHA Equipment and Supply, responsible for new business development and customer satisfaction. Following graduation from high school, Jim joined the United States Airforce and received an honorable discharge. Jim then embarked on a career in the electronic packaging industry, assuming successively greater levels of responsibility with the world’s largest manufacturer of enclosures for industrial and IT environments, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This included total responsibility of all business development activities and the overall positioning of the company’s products and services in North America. Jim was also responsible for the oversight of global key accounts, located in the USA. His supervision included all aspects of client engagement, from strategic market development and client acquisition to the establishment of custom inventory management and customer service programs. Under his leadership, North American sales doubled every three years. He substantially contributed to growing the business from scratch in 1982 to exceeding $225 M in annual revenues, and employing more than 1,000 associates in multiple locations throughout the country. Following retirement from the industry, Jim joined his lifetime friend, schoolmate and military service partner, Bob LeMonds, to provide exceptional service to the growing roster of GHA customers. Outside of GHA, Jim remains a highly sought after sales consultant for foreign and domestic businesses in the manufacturing and technology sectors and an active “Papa” to two young grandchildren.
